Affordable Nutrition™ is a series of seven (7) lessons. It may be a self-paced, or facilitator led peer-to-peer learning program for all age groups, demographics and settings. The aim of Affordable Nutrition™ is to motivate, educate and support learners to become passionately involved in creating health, as a result of improving their diet choices and habits with the Eating for Health™ model. When one prepares healthier homemade meals, they not only feel better, but they share delicious meals and new learning with family, friends and associates expanding their circle of support and wellness community.

- Honor your ancestral dietary heritage: staple, power and celebratory foods.
