LESSON ONE: Welcome to Eating for Health™

The Eating For Health Model provides a map for healthy eating that draws on a wide array of traditional and modern dietary principles and practices. Whether you are seeking to enhance your overall well-being, manage specific health conditions, or simply adopt a healthier lifestyle, this course is designed to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and practical strategies to achieve your goals.

LESSON TWO: S.A.D. = The Standard American Diet

When you think of the Standard American Diet (also known as S.A.D.), you probably think of foods like burgers and fries. Unhealthy fast food, that Dr. Bauman calls Nutrition Bandits™. The Standard American Diet is now a global inflammatory diet, a well-documented health risk featuring ultra-processed food, high in sugar, artificial ingredients, and preservatives.

LESSON THREE: What is Eating for Health™?

Eating for Health™ embraces basic but powerful principles towards achieving optimal health through mindful eating and nourishing your body with the right foods. It honors ancient traditions, integrating their timeless wisdom into a modern, holistic framework for nourishment and wellness.
